A descendant of Italians, but born in Lima, he decided at the age of 20 to build something more than a restaurant: a bridge between two cultures. His passion for cooking, service and detail gave life to a space where each dish expresses a different story. For him, gastronomy is not just a profession, but a way of connecting, finding in each client a new accomplice.
